Return & Refund Policy

At klazare.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons), if opened


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a full refund


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.


Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • Items show signs of use or damage not due to our error

  • Items are returned outside the allowed return period

  • The return does not meet our policy conditions
